Customer Reviews
Good paper, good cause
I ordered the 48 roll pack of their recycled toilet paper last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and delivery took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which was reasonable. The packaging was all plastic-free, which I appreciated. The toilet paper itself is soft enough for recycled paper and holds up well. I like that they support reforestation efforts, it makes me feel better about a necessary purchase. Their customer support answered a question I had about roll count quickly via email. Overall, a solid product and service.
Decent paper, minor shipping issue
I tried the 96 roll pack this time. The toilet paper is quite good for recycled, definitely soft enough for daily use and doesn't fall apart. The value for the bulk pack is pretty decent. My only small gripe was that one of the boxes arrived a bit dinged up on the corner, though the product inside was fine. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but it didn't really get resolved beyond an apology. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and the general experience, but a little more care in handling during shipping would be a plus.
Love this toilet paper!
I just received my first 24 roll pack and I love it! The toilet paper is surprisingly soft for recycled, and knowing it's plastic-free makes me so happy. It arrived super fast, too. Definitely shopping here again!
Consistently reliable
This is my third order from Bumroll, and they've been consistently reliable. I got the 24 roll pack this time. The quality of their recycled toilet paper is always good, no surprises. Shipping is quick and the packaging is always eco-friendly. It's why I keep coming back.
Got the subscription
Signed up for the subscription for the 48 roll pack. It showed up on time. The paper is pretty good. It's nice not to have to think about buying toilet paper anymore.

Does Bumroll typically have any good deals for new subscribers? Trying to decide between them and Who Gives A Crap.
Hey, thinking about trying Bumroll. How soft is it actually? I'm used to the super plush stuff and recycled paper sometimes feels like sandpaper.
How long does shipping usually take for Bumroll to, like, upstate New York? Need to make sure I don't run out.
Can I actually pause my subscription if I go on vacation or end up with too much TP? Or do I have to cancel and resubscribe?
